I didn't know Richard very well. I met him only a handful of times. But each time I did meet him he had time for me and was genuinely interested in how I was, what I was doing, and how my family was getting on. Richard was a hugely likeable guy, who, I have no doubt, will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
